Contribute to The Natural Connection
The Natural Connection has been proudly volunteer-run since its humble beginnings in 2008. Thousands of hours of pro bono work, the equivalent of many thousands of dollars, has gone into the site so far.
Over the years, the demand for the site's services - whether that be the ever increasing updates required to keep the site relevant and accurate, the newsletter, and responses to email inquiries - has steadily grown to the point where, by 2012, the site can no longer be managed on a volunteer basis. Yet there are many updates left to be made, the French side of the site needs to be completed, and entire sections require development.
To respect our values of ethics, equity, fairness, and conscious consumerism, The Natural Connection has chosen to remain free of advertising. The Natural Connection is also not a registered charity or non-profit, and is therefore not eligible for grants. Rather than close the site down altogether and lose an invaluable resource providing visibility and information about the field of animal-, equine- and nature-based interventions, both within Canada and internationally, The Natural Connection / La Connexion naturelle is reaching out to you for your support.

You may choose to donate a single time, monthly, yearly, or whenever is convenient for you. All contributions are greatly appreciated.
Funds contributed via PayPal will be received by myself, Sarah Schlote, at Satoria Counselling and Wellness / Thérapie et mieux-être. I have been running The Natural Connection since its inception, and the funds will be used to directly fund its ongoing development and pay for any external services required to maintain the site.

- Please state in the Comments / Notes section that your contribution is intended for The Natural Connection.
- Please indicate whether or not you would like a receipt and which address and name or business to make it out to. It may be possible to claim this contribution as a business expense related to marketing; please consult your accountant or tax professional for more information.
